Simplifying Foxtel’s offering to communicate immediate value

Foxtel has always had the best digital TV offer in Australia, but it was also the most complex. We worked with Foxtel for six months to simplify the structure, naming & presentation of their pricing & packaging, all with the aim of communicating brilliant value immediately. We optimised messaging & design along the whole customer journey and made a revised system of package tiles, which Foxtel now uses in all of its offers & trading communications
