Building a brand and naming a village

For us, property brands are a departure from the norm. But then Rangeford isn’t a normal client. Their aim is to create the first retirement villages in the UK that are fun and entertaining. Rangeford asked us to find their audience and we discovered ‘Luccies’, a large group of late fifties, upmarket, cheerful, comfortable, independent and expectant baby boomers. For Luccies, retirement means life getting even better and even more social. Rangeford designed its first new village, Wadswick Green in Wiltshire, just for them. We designed the branding and marketing, and even got to name the village
